Blue Tabby, Pink Panthers

"Say cheese!"
"Mozzarella!" Trisha replied "Gee, guys, isn't it cool that we get to spend some quality time together getting our photos taken, the three of us at one time?"
"Yeah... that's really great, Trisha..." Valentino softly trailed off. Panther only grunted in response. Sensing their displeasure, Trisha frowned, turning to the two
"...What's the matter, guys? I thought this bonding session was supposed to be enjoyable..."
"W-Well, it would've been fun..." Valentino began
"...If it didn't look like Mancini BARFED all over us!" Panther finished.
"I would've preferred if you had said the two of us got into a fight with a printer that sprayed magenta ink, and lost." Valentino replied.
"Whatever." Panther snipped. Then to Trisha he added "Listen Trisha, Valentino and I have... bad experiences with the color pink. So you can probably imagine that this isn't exactly our idea of fun right now."
"Oh...I'm sorry." She apologized "I...I had no idea. I was having fun while you two were uncomfortable. I really am sorry."
"No, it's alright, Trish" Panther said, smiling "...You looked pretty happy, so it didn't feel right to spoil it."
"That's right" Valentino chimed in "If it's for you, I can put up with a little discomfort. Who knows, the negative might be replaced with some positive memories?" Trisha couldn't help but smile
"Thanks guys, you're the best." 

So let me just start off by saying Trisha's wearing a tube top, sometimes drawing clothes is really difficult, especially if I already drew the details of the body. Although it's clear Panther and Valentino aren't wearing shirts- it was an unconscious decision...

This is based of of these two drawings from the past. I do bring back old ideas, especially if I really liked them, so have a throwback! Maybe Throwback Tuesdays could be a thing where I redraw old pictures, who knows.

I really enjoyed this in general, coloring and making the line art digitally is coming naturally to me, and it feels like I'm drawing without incurring the shoulder cramps, jaggedy line art, and frustration like I used to, which is why my tablet hasn't had much use until now. I love everyone's facial expressions, and I just had to add roses for aesthetic appeal. (Yes, those are the ones from this drawing)  I felt the rose is the symbol of Panther's family, so incorporate the flower, especially since it's one of my favorites to draw.
